1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hi 309" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://hi309.bet, including all associated services, games, tools, and features.
• "Platform" means the hi309 website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications through which hi309 services are accessed.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hi309 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on hi309 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's hi309 account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player by hi309 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before becoming eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process mandated by hi309's licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the hi309 platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual excluded from the Platform via self-exclusion, or any individual otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hi309. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the hi309 platform, you unequivocally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the hi309 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

hi309 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the hi309 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by hi309 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any of the foregoing of hi309 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the hi309 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and you are engaging with the Platform of your own informed, voluntary choice.

hi309 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those covered by its international gaming licence. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation.

4Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on hi309, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active hi309 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi309 account credentials, including your username and password. hi309 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account sharing: Your hi309 account is strictly personal to you. Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to access or operate your account, is prohibited.
• KYC verification: hi309 may request identity, age, address, and source-of-funds verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hi309 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on hi309 is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and any applicable account-level restrictions.
• hi309 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard inter-bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your hi309 PKR wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• hi309 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your hi309 account, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory.
• hi309 targets a withdrawal processing time of twenty minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfers may take up to two business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while an active wagering requirement remains outstanding on Bonus Funds will be subject to the applicable bonus terms before processing.
• hi309 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts may be subject to method-specific limits as published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

6Bonuses & Promotions

hi309 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• hi309 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already incurred with respect to Bonus Funds accepted in good faith will be honoured.
• hi309 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage wagering, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used or wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion-specific terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from a player's balance without compensation.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activity on the hi309 platform:

• All bets placed on hi309 are final once confirmed by the system. hi309 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where hi309 has independently determined that a bet was accepted in error.
• hi309 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered due to a manifest error, software glitch, or pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• For cricket and PSL betting markets specifically, all settlement decisions are based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. hi309 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules with respect to rain interruptions, reduced-over matches, and abandoned fixtures.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by hi309 at any time without prior notice.
• hi309 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who displays patterns of wagering that hi309 determines, at its sole discretion, to be contrary to the Platform's fair-use principles.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The results of RNG-based games are final and cannot be contested on grounds of statistical improbability alone.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi309 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register as an underage person (under 21), or facilitating access by an underage person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity that facilitates proceeds of crime through the hi309 platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables, in a manner designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the hi309 platform's software, systems, or data;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk arbitrage wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk;
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications through any hi309 channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the hi309 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and visual elements, is the proprietary intellectual property of hi309 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi309 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the hi309 platform without express written authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on any hi309 content;
• Using hi309's name, logo, or brand assets in any context without prior written consent from hi309.

Any unauthorised use of hi309's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10Privacy & Data

hi309 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on hi309, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes;
• Transaction data, including deposit and withdrawal records, is retained in accordance with hi309's licensing and anti-money laundering obligations;
• hi309 does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting hi309 support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

11Responsible Gaming

hi309 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their hi309 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which a notification will be issued and the session will be concluded.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts per defined period to manage exposure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the hi309 platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying their session duration and net gaming activity.

hi309 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access any gaming feature. Where hi309 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be underage, the account will be suspended and full KYC documentation requested before any reinstatement is considered.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi309 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from participation in games or betting markets on the hi309 platform, it being acknowledged by the Player that all gaming involves inherent financial risk;
• Any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the hi309 platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature, howsoever arising in connection with the use of the hi309 platform;
• Any loss of data, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the hi309 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hi309's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." hi309 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13Account Suspension & Termination

hi309 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hi309;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• At the request of the account holder via the self-exclusion mechanism;
• Where required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order;
• Where the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the hi309 platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hi309 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except where such notice would compromise an ongoing investigation or is otherwise prohibited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hi309 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds will be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable investigation and in accordance with AML obligations.

14Amendments to Terms

hi309 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hi309 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the hi309 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hi309 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and hi309, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player should raise the dispute in the first instance by contacting hi309 customer support via the contact details provided in Section 16. hi309 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within five business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at first contact, the Player may submit a formal written complaint. hi309 will issue a formal response within ten business days.
3. Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by hi309's licensing authority.

Players agree that any dispute resolution process shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents hi309 from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief before any appropriate authority.
